The balance of the payment is due either before or on the day of the shoot.

With payment of the deposit by the bridal couple and acceptance of deposit and confirmation of booking by Photo-Art Photography, both parties acknowledge their agreement to the terms and conditions as listed herein

The agreement is between Photo-Art Photography, Lazija Massyn, and the bridal couple on the signed contract and not by a third person responsible for payment

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits will be forfeited for any studio photo shoot cancelled less than 48 hours in advance

For wedding photography, if the wedding is cancelled more than 4 months of wedding, a 50% will be refundable on the deposit paid. If cancelled after 4 months until the wedding date, the deposit will not be refunded

No work will be done on images until payment has been received in full

Photo-Art retains the copyrights to all images that we photograph or create

By booking a photo shoot with Photo-Art, you acknowledge our rights in and to the images and to the extent necessary, therefore, you hereby assign, cede, transfer and make over to Photo-Art, Lazija Massyn, any and all rights in such images. Photo-Art, Lazija Massyn, retains the right to use any such images in our blog, portfolio as well as marketing materials and any other use that we deem suitable. If photos are loaded on social networking sites (e.g.: Face book) or the Internet, please credit Photo-Art as the photographer

All images go through a basic editing process to conform to a certain level of quality and style and some images are converted to black & white or sepia as well as some creative editing. For this reason, we do not give clients any unedited images

Delivery is not included – Photos need to be collected at our studio. Should you wish to have your photos delivered anywhere in PTA/JHB there will be an additional charge for delivery fee

Due to the creative process of enhancing your photos, we need a minimum of 14 working days to digitally edit and creatively enhance your photos.. Photo books take 3-4 weeks. Therefore it can take up to a month to receive your final products after a photo shoot

Wedding Photographs take 3 – 6 weeks for final delivery

Should you require your photographs sooner, please discuss the possibility with us beforehand

Printing of books, products will only commence after full payment has been received & contact pages are signed off – no cheques accepted please

Travelling outside an 80 km radius from Photo-Art’s offices in Pretoria east will be charged at R3.00 per kilometer. The cost of toll gates will be added to the final bill

Sleeping arrangements may be required when travelling outside a 150 km radius from Photo-Art’s offices. Any costs arising from the accommodation will be added to the final bill. Any sleeping arrangements should be confirmed with Photo-Art, Lazija Massyn, before booking

Photo-Art Photography, Lazija Massyn, cannot be held responsible for the quality of the images from delays caused by bride, guests, family or acts of nature, natural or unnatural, or any other situation not in my power
